Based On The Amount Of Time Juniors Are Staffed For

All sourcing, evaluation, and training costs that are typical for new employees are out of the picture, while you enable your internal team to focus on the most important topics that result in the biggest value-add

A. Full project

  • Juniors’ monthly salaries vary from 1k to 3k based on their previous experience as well as the location of your project
  • CoStaff adds a premium of 50% on top of the salary that the junior of your choice receives, resulting in a take rate of 33% of the total paid for the project
  • Use case

    You select a junior with a monthly salary of 2k for a three month project. The total price per month with CoStaff’s premium comes to 3k [2k +(2k*50%)], bringing the total price to 9k [3k*3months]. Costaff’s take rate is 33% [(9k-6k)/9k]

B. Project tasks

  • The price per junior hour varies from 10€ to 30€ depending on the task complexity as well as the necessary involvement of our project managers
  • CoStaff adds a premium of 50% on top of the salary that the junior(s) best suited for the task receive, resulting in a take rate of 33%
  • Use case

    You select a junior with an hourly wage of €13 for a 50 hour task. The total price per hour comes to €19.5 [€13+(€13*50%)], bringing the total price to €975 [19.5 *50h]. Costaff’s take rate is 33% [(€975-€650)/€975]
